The Tea Horse
The Tea Horse’s creation finds its roots in a Japanese Proverb: “Hyoutan Kara Koma,” meaning from “the gourd comes a horse”. This proverb is invoked when something utterly impossible transforms into reality, defying all expectations.
Our tea master has trained in Japan and has years of experience in sharing the art of tea with people from all walks of life. The Tea Horse embodies our vision of what can be gained from a Japanese tea experience of extending beyond the ordinary.
It’s a journey into the realms of tradition, culture, and mindfulness, where the act of sharing tea transcends the boundaries by creating profound moments of connection, reflection, and appreciation. For more on our five year plan, please visit our long term vision page.
Why Share Tea?
Sharing tea offers a sanctuary of serenity and mindfulness. It allows individuals to pause, savor the moment, and find tranquility amid the hustle and bustle of modern life.
The tea, or Matcha, also possesses concentrated antioxidants which boost the immune system and L-Theanine which provides a unique combination of caffeine, offering a sustained energy boost without the jitters of coffee.
Let’s not forget the chlorophyll which Matcha provides to detoxify the body. Japanese Matcha is a versatile and healthy beverage that not only tantalizes the taste buds but the body and mind as well.
